No Refund Policy for Deposits


At Vinmed, we value your time and are committed to providing every patient with

dedicated, high-quality care. To ensure that each appointment time is reserved

specifically for you, we require a deposit when scheduling an appointment.


Deposit Policy

  • A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
  • This eposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.


No Refunds

Please note that all deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for

cancellation or no-show. Deposits help us reserve your appointment time, prepare

necessary equipment, materials and allocate staff resources.


Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, we are happy to help. To keep your deposit

credit, please contact us at least 24 - 48 hours in advance of your scheduled

appointment.


  • Appointments rescheduled within the required notice period will have the deposit applied to the new date.
  • Appointments canceled or missed without sufficient notice will forfeit the deposit or can put the deposit towards other services offered at Vinmed.
